I find the gradient effect of the lights too disparate from the roundish shapes, would suggest trying a different lighting technique. And maybe you could add some more color variety besides the abundant shades of white and brown, there's the red ribbon (and toolbox...technically) but I think it's too little. But overall, good.

Great choice in the lighter shades of color, think it greatly adds to the atmosphere of the piece; same goes for the thinner lines. A background perhaps would have been nice. Hope your friend liked it!

Good use of lights and shadows, although I feel it could be better. I'd suggest adding one or two more prominent colors beside the pink, black and light blue that already constitute so much of the picture. And perhaps more shapes beyond curvy ones would be nice, though I commend the depths/forms. Yeah, pretty nice.

Good use of bright colors but man, those shapes need some smoothing. Could also improve a bit the lights and shadows, though it's not bad. And I'd suggest using smaller balls and/or bigger spacing between them on the bottom part of the background, just because it looks so good but kinda hard to notice.

[Seaside encounter]

Love the contrast between the smooth shapes of Groudon and the intricate details in the forms and textures of the sand castle, clouds and background. The colors would be stellar work if not for the blue and orange contrast in the kid's shirt, which I think is too intense and distracting. Overall pretty good.

[Nevada's Little Savior]

Great use of light and shadows and ok colors, but the right side of the illustration really needed more contrast, the shades are really blending into each other; but other than that, good.

[Siblings in Battle]

Great use of reds and oranges for the colors, think it fits well with the thickness of your lines for a dramatic effect. Keep it up!

Thought the lights and shadows full of realism were a bit incohesive with the cartoonish shapes.
