"Because it was taken in the ocean. And there was an island there"

"But why was this taken?"

"To show an island in the ocean"

"But why would someone want to show somebody else an island in the ocean?"

"I don't know, but that's what they asked me to show you."

"What? Why? I don't care about seeing an island in the ocean"

"Then why have you done that?"

"Why have I seen an island in the ocean? What-I just did because you just showed me this picture!"

"Of course. But why have you done that 25 years ago?"

"I didn't see any island 25 years ago! What are you talking about???"

"Yes you did. You saw this island and in fact, you are the one who took this picture. 25 years ago. You were a sailor. Yesterday your doctor asked me to show you this picture to see how much your Alzheimer's has affected you"
